What's the difference between 25mm and 50mm straps?
25mm straps have a working load of 320/640kg, suited to everyday tasks like moving, camping gear, and general tie-down. 50mm heavy duty straps have a working load of 750/1500kg, built for 4x4s, trailers, and heavier equipment.
What does "working load" actually mean?
Working load is the safe operating limit for everyday use — it's a fraction of the strap's breaking strength, giving you a safety margin. Never exceed the stated working load for a strap.
What sizes do you offer?
25mm straps come in 3m and 4.5m lengths. 50mm heavy duty straps also come in 3m and 4.5m lengths. Check each product page for exact specs.
Do the straps come with hooks or soft loops?
Our range uses soft-loop ends, which protect the surface you're securing to compared to metal hooks. The T-Handle line pairs the soft-loop end with a T-Handle grip for easier tensioning.

Do you ship Australia wide?
Yes. Free shipping is included on orders over $150.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days, with tracking details sent to your email once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — if it hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make changes or cancel it for you.
Returns & Warranty
What's covered under warranty?
Every strap is backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults in the ratchet mechanism or webbing. If something's not right, get in touch and we'll sort it.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Reach out via our Contact page with your order number and a description (and photo, if relevant) of the issue, and we'll take it from there.
Can I return a strap if I just don't need it anymore?

Care & Use
How do I store retractable ratchet straps?
Keep them somewhere cool and dry when not in use. A storage bag helps keep them protected and untangled.
What if the retractable mechanism feels stiff?
Check for dirt or debris inside the housing first, then apply a small amount of dry silicone lubricant to the moving parts if it's still stiff.
Can I use these straps in wet weather?
Stainless steel springs resist rust, but it's still good practice to dry your straps out before long-term storage to keep the webbing in good condition.
